Chelsea Greene, ESQ.

Chelsea Greene is an associate at the Law Offices of Jennifer Gehringer Puerini, LLC. Chelsea is a graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law and is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island. Her practice areas focus in criminal defense, traffic offenses, and personal injury. Chelsea has also assisted with many dram shop and medical malpractice cases. Chelsea has been with the firm since February, 2014.

Prior to joining the firm, Chelsea was an intern and Rule 9 student prosecutor at the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office for two years and was a student attorney in the Roger Williams University School of Law Criminal Defense Clinic for one year. In the Defense Clinic, Chelsea handled misdemeanor cases, including disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, DUI and refusals and domestic assault, on behalf of low-income clients.

Chelsea is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, Rhode Island Chapter and Young Lawyers Division, Rhode Island Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Rhode Island Women’s Bar Association.
